My family and I had purchased in the past some hams and other meats. Truly a great bunch of people. Mr. Bolner, God rest his soul, was always polite to my Dad and all of us.
Best meat market in San Antonio! We couldn't ask for better products or service. We almost always see Joe when we stop by and he is a wealth of knowledge! They have the best cuts of steak and phenomenal seasoned fajita meat, just to name a few things they are good at.
Went to Bolner's for the first time on NYE. Everyone was pretty helpful. I picked up some ribs. The quality of meat was perfect. possibly the best ribs I've ever made. Will definitely be going back.
