I rented from Bollin Ligon Walker REALTORS, P.A. for two years. I’ve never had a rental company that cared so much for their tenants and it was a great experience. I truly appreciate them!
I rented with BLW for three years and I would absolutely recommend them as property managers. I never had any issues with maintenance and Ken was sure to address everything quickly and with the utmost care. Laine was quick to respond and even came by to help with a plumbing issue. Sherrie and Gayle at the office were always helpful and kind. The move out was easy and I had no issues with receiving my deposit back.
My husband I are renting from them, they have helped us quickly anytime we need it and have gone above and beyond to fix any issues we have in the house. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Bollin Ligon Walker!! They quickly respond and incredibly personal and truly care about you and want to help.
I rented from them for three years. I was never late to pay. I had two maintenance calls in three years. Once to fix an electrical circuit and once to fix a leaking faucet. I left a new washing machine in the house when I left at no cost to them. When the time came to get my down payment, they nickel and dimed me out of $450. I would not recommend them.
Iv have been renting from them for about 13yrs and have never been late the ceiling in the living room and bathroom is still messed up mentioned it in a former post. I never been late on the rent . I received a letter on the 7th of June which was dated on the 4th that stated I had 30 days to leave. I still paid rent because I don't want to mess up my credit.
