The BEST experience. No nonsense! They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, but Kyle found and got me the exact car, and for a great price!! They found the car, went and picked it up, and I picked up from the car from the dealership all in about 3 days!! If you want to feel important and like a priority, come to Bolles. This was my second experience at Bolles and I can say with certainty that I will go back. This is not like your average big-box dealership with a one-size-fits-all approach. Had the best experience when it came time trading in my wrangler. Sean was great...was taken care of from beginning to end with amazing service.
Yesterday I Took my Grand Cherokee in to get the back up camera replaced. ( NO CHARGE WARRANTY) while I was there I told them I had been hit in a parking lot on Friday and that the back panel had popped and reflector had been broken. I asked them to look at it and give me a quote to fix it. They found a recall and fixed that while it was there too. When I picked it up today, ( IN THE FREE RENTAL THEY GAVE ME) they had popped the panel back in ( NO CHARGE) fixed the reflectors that were broken and replaced the battery in my k... read more
