Boll & Branch at the Summit in Birmingham is AMAZING! Kelly and the Summit team went above and beyond. I travelled from Huntsville to shop in store. I was a first time customer and wanted to feel the fabrics. I purchased a king size sheet set. Once home I discovered they were labeled wrong and were queen size. I was so bummed! I emailed the store, they got back to me right away, and helped with the long distance exchange. I received my new set so fast and I am thrilled! They have gained a customer for life!!
I must say… Not only does Boll & Branch have absolutely the best bedding, but they have some amazing team members! I decided to upgrade my bedroom and bathrooms, and Eric (Birmingham Store) was fabulous! He spent over an hour with me to ensure everything flowed together well. Not only was everything amazing, but he even helped me take everything to my vehicle! Everyone was just genuinely helpful and ensured that my experience was great! We love our new sheets!!! They actually do get softer as you wash them! This is where we are buying our sheets from now on and I can't wait to upgrade our duvet. I also like that they ethically harvest the down feathers. Wouldn't buy the down otherwise. Edit: Wonderful customer service. They really put the effort into creating customer relationships. I can't wait to make my next purchase. When I'm ready to order I'll make sure to call the store 🥰
Had the best shopping experience at the newly opened Boll and Branch. Came in looking for a very specific need and Eric and David were amazing at pulling a complete look together for me. Very knowledgeable about the product and have amazing design suggestions. Very pleased with the quality and style of my purchase. Highly recommend!
Stopped at Boll & Branch at the Summit to get birthday and Christmas gift ideas for my sister (she loves bedding). Helaine was the sales associate who helped me and she was awesome! She listened to me describe my sister and came up with great suggestions. I liked that I was able to touch and feel the sheets and bedding. I will definitely be back in for future purchases.
