Great first experience in-store with Josh. He fuided us theough all options and colors. We’re extremely pleased with our purchase.
We really enjoyed our visits here with Julie and Brian. They explained so much but did not pressure at all. We stayed both visits for a while just chatting like old friends!!! We had to bring something back to exchange and it was sooo easy. We even got a discount!!!! Everyone there is so wonderful and we can’t wait to enjoy all our new bedding!!!!
We have had our new sheet set from them, long enough to wash them twice, and they have nor gotten any softer, and definitely aren’t cooling, as advertised. Currently I’m feeling like that definitely are not worth the cost.
Both associates would not let me just look at their products without them staring at me the whole time. Both associates were breathing down my neck the entire time I was looking. Felt so uncomfortable I had to leave.
Boll & Branch at the Summit in Birmingham is AMAZING! Kelly and the Summit team went above and beyond. I travelled from Huntsville to shop in store. I was a first time customer and wanted to feel the fabrics. I purchased a king size sheet set. Once home I discovered they were labeled wrong and were queen size. I was so bummed! I emailed the store, they got back to me right away, and helped with the long distance exchange. I received my new set so fast and I am thrilled! They have gained a customer for life!!
