RecommendedMy favorite nurse Alice Posey Toy was awesome when we brought our son in for an examination. Due to the nature of it the visit was quick concise and professional.
My husband went to the emergency room with Covid symptoms not feeling well. They would not test him for Covid they said they are not a testing facility and he can go to a testing facility tomorrow. The Nurse Deanne said what difference does it make if he gets tested tomorrow or tonight. When we asked Dr. Clide Sherrod why he wouldn’t test him he said because he just don’t want too. staff was nice. but why in the world would they discharge someone with chest pains and shortness of breath with abdominal pains and pain meds?? when that was clearly not what was going on!! very disappointed in dr Kellogg. is there any other hospital around here or should we be better off driving ourselves to Jackson Ms.. they also gave him to shots and if he wouldn't have asked what it was and seen it on the disc8papers we wouldn't have known! anyways we will not be going back and something needs to be done on how patients ... read more
Came in for severe joint pain and muscle pain keep in mind been taking Tylenol every 4 hours soon as I get in there discharged me and said just don’t take anymore Tylenol so I’m supposed to sit and just deal with it some doctor last time I use the er in Cleveland so that’s another bill that’s useless! Wasn’t even in there 5 min! Someone is seeking a check
This was the best hospitals that I have ever been in.I don't like going but after the awesome treatment I received; I would love to say " I trust them for excellent care". Thank you for taking care of me.
Every time I ask a question or say something they look at me like I'm stupid. 4th floor today very rude nurse very disrespectful. blondish headed lady 50ish glasses medium build. Over the last few weeks I have encountered several rude nurses. RIDICULOUS. I could go into more details but I'll just leave it at that.
I gave birth to my second daughter in this hospital i have been taken care of a very good team! Thank you for all your help!

On behalf of Charlie Young and family. I would like to say thank you to the entire second floor staff 09/30-10/2. CNAs Tasha and Pat you ladies were awesome working with my uncle. Mr. Charlie Young who's blind, mentally challenge and has a speech problem. You ladies made him Comfortable and happy. Housekeepers LaSina Smith and Mary Graham keeping my uncle room clean wasn't a easy task but you ladies did just that. Words can not express how happy we were with our services.
