I had an Armstrong HVAC gas unit installed in April 2024. David senior came out and saw I had a 4 ton unit, but insisted I only needed a 3.5 ton. I questioned it but he insisted so I relented and bought the 3.5 ton unit. From day one it did NOT cool my house and would NOT remove the humidity (my original unit would). I argued with him for a year but he refused to admit he undersized the unit. It ran for 20 hours a day this past July and August and never cooled the house. Now the heat will not come on. Fantastic service! Can’t give this place enough stars! Every time we have had an issue (which has not been many) they will get to us in 24 hours or less. We have been with this company for 23 years and will continue to do so for as long as they’re in business.
