What a disaster! Trust these experts who are too busy to deal with their customers. They recommended Dave Mason (chimney sweep, WETT certifier) to install our pellet stove and he botched it. I asked for black stove pipe and they supplied silver and spray painted it after it was installed. The fireplace leaks smoke every time it fires up. We called last winter to have someone look at it, no response, too busy. We hired another WETT inspector to inspect their work and they were appalled by the lazy workmanship. My neighbor had bad experiences, more than once and she actually spent thousands of dollars there... I will never be your client. Thank you to all reviewers for helping me take the decision to buy my next stove elsewhere, where people are actually nice even after they sold stuff to you. There you go... lost another client
When asked why the prices are almost double on parts for the stoves they sold, the answer was literally to order it online and freeze for 2 weeks. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE??
My husband and I bought a stove from them 10 years ago. They sold pellets to my husband for 7 years.. We only had a jeep, so we could only get 20 bags at a time every 2 weeks. When we needed a service call, they came out and replaced the computer for the stove. When my husband passed away, they immediately refused to sell me the pellets.. totally refused, leaving a grieving widow to find pellets .... since my husbands passing, I have had to call them twice for service.
