I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne in the purchase of my first home. She is down to earth, friendly and always advocated for me. While friends and others I encountered would tell me stories of their realtor's poor communication, I would be proud to tell them I had text responses within seconds even on days when I didn't expect it like the weekend. My Brother and l sold our Mother’s house with Jay McLelland. From start to finish we were provided with the best experience possible. Jay is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly to deal with. Jay helped us with a handyman to fix up the house. Fantastically saved us with a new lawyer and miraculously we finalized probate in one week to close the deal!!!! This was my first time selling a house and Jay was so patient with all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Jay and will use him again in the future.
