Horrible experience at this facility. Had wisdom teeth removed, came out of surgery with black eyes and bruises all over my face. Dry sockets, went back to the clinic 2 different times post op. offered antibiotic. Have several allergies, was told by one of the girls "you're a nurse, I'm sure you know what you want to take". 6 mon post op pulled huge bone shard out of the gum, called office with no response. No doc would see me at either of my follow up visits (sharma and bolding).

I have been speaking to a girl named Charla and she is the most unprofessional, mean person I have ever had to deal with. On Dr. Bolding's recommendation we got a MRI of my jaw and sent it to him. They said he would read it and call us. Not only did he NOT read it, Charla refused to send me back the MRI. She said it was in the mail but I called 1 month later and she still hadn't sent it, I asked why and she was then very rude and then hung up on me. Still dont have my MRI. Office staff horrible!

Well, I paid $335 to have an x-ray done and speak with Dr. Bolding for about 5 minutes. I had filled out the TMJ questionnaire and checked many symptoms and problems - none of which he discussed with me. He only inquired about the clicking in my jaw, did a physical exam, and told me I needed to have an MRI and be fitted for a splint - which would cost me well over $2000 for both. I was very disappointed with him and his staff. I was there 2 months ago and still haven't heard back from anyone.
