I am new to the area, had an appointment nearby, so I made an appointment to try it. My Barber was Trey and I received one of the best haircuts and beard trims I can recall. It was quiet and low stress. Only doing 4 stars as the appointment application is very not good and appears to be developed by a lowest bidder.
Terrible waste of money. Advised my husband to get his haircut here and then watched while the female barber literally ran her hands lightly over his scalp after asking her to give him the full service scalp massage/shampoo and then proceeded to charge us for a top notch service. I advised him to tip since the haircut and scalp massage sucked so bad I figured probably nobody ever went to her twice and she was probably barely making any money and I knew we would never be back. I have taken my son in here countless times and been happy with his haircuts. The last cut needed fixing and I came in this morning and the hair stylist lady (I didn’t get her name) was super nice, professional and kind and wanting to make everything right. John fixed his hair and was so kind. It is service like this that brings people back. Customer service goes a long ways and I am so happy with this team! Thank you for being so kind and making things right!
Been here a few times and I always ask for a blowout taper. Jay does a great job and I’ll request him every time. Would recommend
