This is a horrible company, about a month after my neighbor had their roof replaced by Bold co. my husband asked the company to remove their sign. One of Bold Roofing's represetatives came to my front door accusing me of stealing their sign! He saw me take 3 steps out my door and return. He had the audacity to tell a bold-faced lie. Never use this company, it can only be assumed they're untrustworthy.

Fraudulent Business Practices This company is using aggressive sales tactics and contracts to gain access to insurance claims and fraudulently bill customers for the full amount of insurance coverage while not providing those services. If you catch them and refuse to commit fraud they will attempt to charge you for services not rendered using a percentage of a quote you were never allowed to see after multiple requests. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Great company! I used Bold Roofing last fall after a big hail storm through Highland Village. They came highly recommended to me through a close friend and I am so happy that I took her advice. They answered all questions and concerns that I had, were very quick to return phone calls and did a great job on the house. I would recommend them to anyone!

Top notch in every aspect, they were there for us with not only the "heavy lifting", but also the "Mind Games" with the insurance adjuster. Simply put, these guys put it all together and made it happen - all exactly as they initially promised. There are NONE any better!
We had a very good experience with Bold Roofing and I recommend them. Our salesman, Barry Robinson, was helpful walking us through the purchase process and also attending our meeting with the insurance adjuster. The crew finished the entire project in one day as promised. The work was performed well and clean-up was thorough. They respected our landscaping and pets, too. Bold Roofing Rocks Bold Roofing had an excellent reputation in our neighborhood, as did our salesman, Barry Robinson. We contacted Barry after the hailstorm had hit, and he worked tirelessly with our insurance adjuster to insure we got the maximum coverage for the work to be done. The work crew was very professional and quickly completed a very quality job. The customer service and professionalism of Barry and everyone at Bold Roofing was superb. Count us as one more satisfied customer in the neighborhood.
