I went and got a trim and dyed and chemically straightened and she completely fried my hair. Then she blamed me for it. This was 8 months ago and I’ve been to multiple salons now to get help with this hair and they said it was some of the worst hair they have seen. Also she refunded me half of it which then I had to turn around and pay her for the conditioning treatment bc she fried it and it happened to be the exact amount she refunded me.
