Dr. Bold himself seems like a good guy, knows his trade. The front desk on the other hand is run by a woman who is condescending, grossly dishonest, unprofessional and slippery AF! After my last, useless appointment, I was told by the doctor IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DESK LADY that they would order my contacts and it would be ready for pick-up in a month. Guess what?
