Dr. Bold himself seems like a good guy, knows his trade. The front desk on the other hand is run by a woman who is condescending, grossly dishonest, unprofessional and slippery AF! She will charge you before showing you the total, they will absolutely rape your wallet on frames and lenses, charging over $500. for $60. frames, and well over $700-$1100. for fully optioned lenses you could get anywhere else for $300., claiming "'our quality is better'", or my favorite backhanded remark "'you need a Costco or Walmart experienc... read more
It's slightly embarrassing that I have to write this review, since I'm usually very good at not getting ripped off. I was a first time patient and never had any eye problems before, and went for a check up. The doctor is very nice and I definitely thought twice about leaving this review because of that, however, the front desk is a different matter. They charged me $1,800 for two pairs, one that I do not need (but was convinced otherwise) and tried to sell me used/damaged frames with that pair. They charged $500 for the f... read more
I have been receiving eye care treatment at Bold Optometry for quite some time. I have never experienced anything worth complaining about.
Bold Optometry is great. The quality of care is good, and it’s affordable.
I heard of Bold Optometry’s great reputation 6-months ago, and I decided to give it a try. It’s now my 4th month, and I only seek my eye care treatment at this facility. Dr. Bold is experienced and great at his job.
I only do my eye checkup at Bold Optometry. I have total confidence in the expertise of Dr. Bold.
