Katrina, Andrew and the entire staff blew us out of the water with their efforts to make my daughter's service dog's basic assistance harness perfect for them both. My daughter had some unusal needs for bridge handles and they worked to make something that would be functional for her and her dog. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The workmanship was beyond measure and the quality was amazing. We are customers for life, now!
I loved the leash I got from them it was exactly what I wanted that I couldn't find anywhere else. Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the personal touches like a hand written thank you on my order slip really made my buying experience that much better.
