These folks go above and beyond every time. They make high quality products that my dog Logan and I love. I have 3 of these leashes. Customer service is excellent!
I have a few leashes and collars from BLD for my service dog. When I was first looking for a good leash, I wanted something that would be comfortable to handle long-term, and I was super pleased to discover this company :) My dog just got cleared by the vet for counterbalance, so we look forward to placing our order for the basic assistance harness soon!
I purchased a leash several months back and just purchased a collar a week ago. The leash has held up well, and I expect that due to the leather quality, the collar will do the same. The dog the collar was purchased for goes through nylon collars in a flash, so I thought a change in material might help her a bit.
Fantastic to work with and amazing quality! Everything wears well and is incredibly durable; very happy repeat customer, 11/10, would recommend to anyone looking for collars, leashes, or harnesses!

I chose the tan bridle training tab. The lead is very well made. I went with Bold Lead Designs because I like the leather and knowing that it won't be chewed through by my dog. I would purchase again.
I will never shop anywhere else for anything leather that my service dog and I need. Customer service is beyond amazing, and we've had to get a couple of things custom sized (I'm short, my dog is tall) and everything has just been beyond amazing. We have: working dog lead, service dog lead, slip collar, head harness.
