We just got fitted at BLD and they were amazing. Even with COVID protocols it was a lovely meeting. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I can’t wait to get my estimate and continue my journey with BLD.

Andrew was such a great help and contacted me with issues that arose. They thought they were going to be behind because of an unexpected loss of an employee, but to our surprise the harness was done and delivered earlier than the original date. I am training a large male Labrador retriever as a mobility service dog. It’s a challenge to train a dog when you have physical limitations.
