First time patient yesterday. I arrived and had a very short wait before I was seen by Dr Kelly Auclair. She was great! Decided to come to this practice because of the good experiences my sister and brother in law have had here. Looking forward to coming back. Nothing but good things to say from my own experience.
Terrible place. Dealing with a personal skin infection. Was referred by my PCP. They did a culture swab and put me on antibiotics which didn’t work. They refused to do any further diagnostic work to help identify my issue which has been going on for 3 months. These modern dermatologists are more into pushing their proprietary cosmetics instead of practicing medicine. They’re more interested in vanity than helping people. They told me on the first visit they would figure this out but gave up after the first try.
I showed up for my appointment, waited in office to be called, they didn’t check my insurance so they said I had to pay out of pocket- after refusing to pay out of pocket I said let’s reschedule after you’ve reached out to my insurance- then I get a $80 bill. It’s their job to check prior authorization before appointments . They don’t do their job.. so I have to pay regardless
