I've tried several times to order online.... but I guess I'm not a millennial. I'd like to know what to expect when I order. The ordering process is either overly difficult or just not written well. I'm going with the latter. We should be able to read the menu and figure it out or do the rest of you just 'go with it'? IDK

So Bolay calls us up on Tuesday and tells us we won a catered lunch for 10 (!!) for dropping off our business card. Lunch which will be delivered to our office on Valentines Day they say. The store manager, Elliot, even confirmed over the phone we would be receiving 4 bases and 1 protein and all the veggies, so that 10 people could make their own bowl. Awesome, right? had an amazing bowl the first time since my kid turned me on.. I go to order on uber eats ...they call and say that they are out of this and that ...the substitute was not appealing and I had left special instructions for extra carrot sauce on top of what I ordered ...got NO SAUCE AT ALL ...NO FOLLOW THRU ...and Iffy about what you actually get ....too bad ...good food but service and attention to detail is tremendously poor and disappointing
