I asked the sales rep not sell my son any extra stuff, they ended up shoving gap insurance elen I wasn't there. Just can't be faithful to the verbal agreement, now instead of keeping me and my family as customers they lost all 22 of us that buy cars all the time for being greedy to make couple of hundred dollars.
