Worst experience ever!!! I contacted the dealer two days before I planned on going. I recontacted them the morning of the visit, and was told by phone to make sure I was on time. Once I arrived, on time, I entered the office and was told to wait for them to bring the car up. Once the office guy pulled the car up and i began to inspect the car, the he stayed seated inside the talking on his cell phone.
