I HIGHLY recommend Bokman of Wellsville. You must see Eric Trimble for your next vehicle purchase. He was so patient and helpful with my decision. He made sure I purchased a vehicle that I wanted and would be happy with. They even went out of there way to bring in the exact vehicle I was looking for in my price range. Good sales staff. Service staff is good as well. However, I wish the Service Department was still open on Saturday.
We brought my mom's car in to be winterized and even though we knew it was getting time to trade we were shocked to hear how unsafe it was to be driving. Luck was on our side that a vehicle had come in which was perfect for my mom. The sales staff was exceptional, professional and very patient with us. Thank you so much. This is the worse place I have ever been to. I took my truck to them to get fixed and they did fix the issue that I took it there for but they gave it back to me with other things wrong with it that THAY broke and when I called them about it they told me that they did not do it. Management is very rude. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. STAY WAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKE!!
