I booked an appointment at Bokelyn Health Associates because their Zocdoc profile and website clearly advertised they were "In-Network" for my insurance. This was a complete bait-and-switch. At no point during intake or my visit was I informed I would be considered Out-of-Network. Weeks later, I was hit with a ridiculous surprise bill of over $300. I never normally dont write reviews, but Linette changed my life .One of her standout qualities is her dedication to patient education—she thoroughly explains how to take my medications, which has been incredibly helpful.l was taking my meds the wrong time for the past 2 years.
