RecommendedHands down the very BEST ! What customer service! We had a house fire and they called my husband to see if he wanted to place his order for Valentine’s Day as he usually does but hadn’t called yet due to the fire. Warning. Long post LOL BUT i just have to say that my wedding planning has been going great so far and I so thankful for that! But to vent real quick I am extremely frustrated with BoKay flower shop in downtown Frankfort. They are very unprofessional in handling customers and are not considerate about timelines. I work for a PR firm in the city and it's always a challenge finding a florist outside the city that produces the types of arrangements I am looking for. Bokay has NAILED it every time. Their team is wonderful at creating any vision. I would recommend them over chain florists/ FTD etc... any day!
