Cynthia Clark is a excellent provider. She cares about your health, is very sincere in her recommendations to take you to the next level of care. She is kind, knowledgeable on the care you need. She is a good listener and always discusses the next level of care you need. While I very much like my provider, the entire VCC system is utterly horrendous. Trying to reach someone by phone who can help is an exercise if not in futility certainly in utter frustration with very long wait times, disconnections, getting shuffled around time and time again and getting nowhere. It's an exhausting system to deal with and if you are, like myself, dealing with health issues, all the more challenging. Simply the worst "service" I've yet encountered. VCC, you're fired!
I wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars as they don't even deserve 1 star. I took my son there as he needed to get a referral to see an orthopedic specialist for a broken collar bone. We had taken him to the emergency at Scripps Hospital and they did an X-ray and told us to get to an orthopedic doctor right away so the bone wouldn't set. I go to VCC on Grapevine in Vista and they made us evacuate due to a fire drill on a busy Monday morning when the clinic was full of people. This was right before the Thanksgiving holiday.... read more
