I don't typically leave reviews, but I'm hoping by doing this, it'll make a change for the better as we loose so many restaurants here because of a decline in service and quality. So, i typically buy the bo bites and biscuits from here as the rest of the chicken I've had has been tough. The first few times i went, the service was good and the bo bites were absolutely amazing.. Will not be returning! Got pulled up for 30 minutes no explanation why! As soon as someone else came in for work and as I got out my car that’s when they handed him the bag to bring out! Will not RETURN! Poor customer service, there was no one else in line!
They're more concerned about making a good drive-thru time than providing good food or service. There is no reason to pull up the only car in the drive-thru and make me wait outside in the rain for 5 minutes for chicken fingers at lunch time I miss the Milo's that used to be here at least I could come in and get food and not have to wait for no reason at all...
There have certainly been a couple of workers in there that were very nice and engaging but there are more than a could that make it feel like an inconvenience that I am ordering. Also, most times I have been asked to pull up when going through drive through. I waited one time 12 minutes for fries and 2 tenders. One time I was told to pull up and I'm like can I stay here until a car comes up behind me. I was told that I couldn't be allowed to do that.
