I went in and placed an online order that had a wait time of 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, a worker ask me if i want to wait another 20 minutes for my biscuits (I've already waited 30 minutes at this point.) I ask for a refund, they tell me I have to do it online but they don't know how.. they just kept going to the back and not even attempting to help me figure out how to apply for a refund. I was about to give a long drawn out review of awful thr service was until I read other reviews and realized that this the standard at this location. And everyone receives a copy and paste response saying that the situation is being looked into because this is not the company's normal way of operations. So I will not waist my time talking about the extreme wait times and bad service. I just will not be returning to this location.
Ordered our food in the drive through at 747 lady was real nice told us they had to drop the tenders it would be a few minutes. Asked us to pull forward…no one was behind us for 9 minutes. They were asked to pull forward also…a couple minutes later another car..same thing and pulled to the side and parked, 20 minutes had gone by and the car behind us gets their order before I get mine. People are just complainers in this town! That was the best chicken, fries, biscuit, and sweet tea in TOWN! I will be back!
Outstanding service. I don’t typically eat at Bojangles but stopped in for breakfast this morning. Ms D in the drive thru was so very friendly, kind, and super helpful. Her smiling face was so warm. I will be back.
