Online order cancelled 45 minutes after order was placed. Still trying to get refund. Don’t waste your time or money, take your business elsewhere.
The fries were cold. I wasn't given a straw, spoon, or napkin. Service was better than usual and was friendly.
Food is always a hit or miss. Service is very good though

Whoever was working the drive thru window at 10:10am on March 13, 2026 is the sweetest employee I’ve ever met here! but the Bojangles staff here is always professional and friendly overall. And the food is consistently hot and fresh.
