This place has really gone downhill. You can tell there isn't care from management. Food is usually cold, old or burnt. You're lucky if you get hot fresh food, fast, with friendly service. That is nearly impossible to see from this location. Employees are usually rude or you can tell they 100% do NOT want to be there and it's reflected in how the customer is greeted/treated. I've had to have things replaced, because of how hard and burnt they were, by the GM herself and she has given me terrible quality food as a replacement... read more
Good customer service
Be careful at the Bojangles on Broad Street. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and when I received it didn't have any cheese so I just wanted them to put a piece of cheese on it. I went inside asked for the cheese they opened up the sandwich talked over the sandwich... a lady who was making it said that they picked up the wrong sandwich proceeded to take the sandwich I gave her closed it up and put it back in the lineup to be served🤯🤯🤯. I had the sandwich in my possession in my car they don't know what I did to that... read more
