Very friendly staff and got the freshest chicken around! awesome! It's bo time!
i had no intention to go inside but just to use the washroom i went in and ordered a small coffee...coffee was bit cold so I requested the staff and she without any querey told me that she will give me an another cup...few minutes later she walked towards me with a cup...i got up and took the cup halfway...This positive attitude of her made my day and a permanent customer of Bojangles...sometime small acts of professionslism makes a joint like this go very high...so my compliment to her and Bojangles..
I ordered my food at drive thru, it's coarse Ai couldn't tell me that they only had 1 thigh, so I get to the window and that's when I find out and if I wanted another drumstick instead. I guess I don't have a choice. I get my food, pull off and get home 2 minutes away my food is cold and spicy. I don't eat spicy food at all. I surely didn't order spicy either. I wasted my time and money. Never again
Worst driver through experience at a BOJOs in a while. They served dried chicken and old fries. Crap.
Very clean, nice and comfortable eating area. Service was super fast and the food was delicious.
