Bobrowns were underdone
They had a new untrained employee at the front register. We waited 45 minutes for our food. After about 30 minutes into the waiting he asked use if we had gotten our food 🤔 No we had not . He also had not given us the receipt. We then had to instruct him again on what we ordered and then we had to tell him what prices of chicken to put in the box, also instruct him to fill the side’s container all the way full. Food was good, my complain is the wait, it took more than 10 minutes, they said i had to wait 5, that's a long wait for fast food, and didn't get what i order, this is the second bogangles I've seen not being efficient, or something, what's going on here? Am a customer here for about 5 years now.
