I pull up to the drive thru and some robot takes my order. I asked for honey as a dipping sauce and got honey mustard. Asked for extra lemon and got none. If I'm going to have to physically check my order while sitting in the drive thru to see if it's correct, I'm done with Bojangles. I've also noticed that with this new ordering system, the employees are even LESS likely to interact with you. I didn't even get a "hello" when I pulled up to the window. Sad.
Worst customer experience I have ever had at this bojangles. The drive through staff didn't secure our lids to our drinks and spilled a large drink on me. He watched, closed the window without offering napkins or saying a word. Then they forgot items from our order. I go into the store and am meet with the most brain dead staff that are barely conscious in their duties and have a nasty attitude when you try and rectify their mistakes.
