Elderly, dark haired with greying manager on morning has TERRIBLE customer service. Very loud and evidently has no common sense on what not to say in front of client base. If you’re going to complain about customers wait until the window is closed, that’s just basic common sense.

Love their chicken. Drive through was very slow.
Customer Service was awful, very rude including the manager. The food came out cold and had been sitting for awhile. We had to go inside and have the order remade.
