Came to pick up an online order. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that the manager “Nick” advised would only take 5 minutes. They parked several cars and one of the customers from the drive thru came in and advised he had now been waiting 30 minutes. “Nick” the manager advised “very rudely” “You can get your money back. He never apologized or tried to accommodate the customer. Very poor managerial skills. Horrible customer service.
My boy, Ron, loves Bojangles! Followed by a Circle K run.
Food was excellent. We came kind of in between breakfast and lunch but still got a fresh and tasty breakfast combo
