This location need more help then the other the cashier didn’t greet anyone or tell us there would be a wait time she thought we ordered off the kiosk when we was waiting for our order to be taken she didn’t ask us if we had ordered yet or anything and her attitude was real nasty she didn’t hand us a receipt she didn’t have on a name tag this locations is very slow & our wait time was almost 1 hour standing in the front && it was flooded so bad with people the drive threw time was just dinging …you got the cook on the phone ... read more
AI ordering was horrible. I like AI. Yours sucks. Then when a person finally came on the line they didn't know what was going on. They couldn't see my order. Then a second person came on the line. And couldn't figure it out either. You told them that they were all experience was horrible and left. They smiled and waved at us as we drove away.
It's a breath of fresh air to come into a fast food restaurant that is run professionally. The store is clean the food is hot and the manager is working hand in hand with his staff. The staff was very polite and professional. Can't say the same for most other fast food restaurants in the area.
Use to love going to this place, but they recently replaced the drive through with AI and it has no human touch anymore. It will not listen and try to upsell you on about 1000 things before you drive through. After that and was chatting with the guy at the window about it, he was rude and dismissive of my concerns. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
been here 4 times now and every time the food is cold, been sitting for awhile, and they always mess my order up somehow weather it's the wrong drinks, sauce, it's always something
