Computer voice takes order, no one at window for 2 minutes, tea tasted funny, mashed potatoes were cold.
Ordered doordash at 848pm and didn't receive it until 10pm. When I got it I had ordered a family size macaroni and reciebed a small macaroni and a small mashed potato. When I called the employee who answered just said hello and when I asked why my orders was wrong after waiting for over an hour he just replied " I don't know we're closed call in the morning" maybe If I hadn't been forced to wait over and hour it wouldn't be a problem. Now I have an entire side to throw in the trash and money lost.
Whoever decided to insert an AI agent needs to lose their job. It’s somehow someway slower than normally. I set in line from 11:05 to 11:32 waiting for a single bacon egg and cheese biscuit. What on earth???
