I was treated with respect and confidence for the first time in 7 years of pregancy care. This team are remarkable beyond words. They are informed and incredibly knowledgeable and provide evidence based options and support a mother's right to choose what is best for her body and birth. I had a powerful affirming vbac homebirth and knew we were safe with our skilled midwives astute guidance. If you’re looking for midwives who are supportive of your choices, knowledgeable, and simply amazing, Boise River is the way to go! I love both Kellie and Tracy as well as the assistant midwives! My birth experience was perfect and I literally trust them with my life and the life of my kiddos. I recommend them both as a mom and a doula!
This place was an absolute dumpster fire. We found them to be dishonest, unethical, inattentive, and inexperienced. Like others, we had billing issues [they still owe us $300, I have emails saying they would refund the money but they threatened attorneys on me if I posted any of them]. Charlotte and Sarah were kind until we decided to transfer out in our third trimester, then we got nothing but aggressive emails, threats to sue, and police involvement. I regret ever trying to go here.
The experience I had at the birth center with my second baby was infinitely better than my experience at a hospital with my first. Metta has such a gentle nature about her and she helped deliver my son in May this year. The care I received during pregnancy, delivery, and the post partum period surpassed any and all expectations I had and I 110% recommend this facility to any family that is expecting. You won't regret it!!! These women are THE BEST!
