No issues. Treatment proved thorough and informational. Staff was very nice and helpful during my entire time there. The dental hygienist (unfortunately did not get her name) who conducted my cleaning was superb. One of my best dental appointments.
Outstanding service and care! Staff is warm and caring, front office staff very helpful and kind. No long waits! Dr. Hendricks is wonderful--he has my highest recommendations! He was very conservative in his interventions--working to limit the amount of work he gives. I think this is the mark of a very ethical dentist, as so many dentists capitalize on "making a sale" by offering lots of extras, and encouraging as much dental work as possible. I was a little leery of going to a new dentist. Dr Digrazia had been our dentist forever and he was the best! Dr Crump is a amazing and I think he will make a most excellent replacement.
Enisa (sic) is the best hygienist I've ever had, and that includes quite a few. Her technical and personal talents are a great asset to the office. She and Dr. Crump do a good job of explaining possible problems and their implication to overall health.
Recently had root canal and crown done. During both procedures was kept pain free and comfortable. Crown was done perfect first time. No rough edges, bite was right first time. Did not have to return to the office for any reason. Thank you Boise Faimly Dental, Dr. Hendrickson and his great assistant. Julie ann Busby
