I had a bit of a dental emergency and I'm 13 weeks pregnant. I have never been to Dr. Crump's office before. I called and they squeezed me in first thing in the morning. I ended up needing a root canal with a pretty unpleasant infection in my lower jaw. While their schedule was already packed they worked me in and made me feel very cared for and important. I really enjoy going into see Enisa and Dr. Crump. They are fun to visit with and make you feel comfortable. All the office people are friendly too.
Was very happy when I left my appointment. Dr. Crump, Melanie and his staff were very professional, pleasant and prompt. They explained all my options and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this office! Was very reasonable in cost as well!

I really enjoyed my overall experience at Boise Family Dental Care. The facility was very nice and clean. I enrolled in their loyalty program and I am glad that I did. Just my one visit was worth doing it, and in 6 months I will get another exam and cleaning! My hygienist was very kind and gentle on tender areas. Dr. Crump was efficient and explained things well.
Clean and professional, don't mind going to the dentist anymore.

Wish I could leave more stars tbh. the fact that you call me by my chosen name, all of you and even on the phone, makes me feel insanely respected. you all had my loyalty to begin with and then just pushed it that extra mile. best damn place. ill be bringing my partner in soon.
