Great service and care!
We took our daughter in last year. She picked out basic frames and lenses which were covered by insurance. The office ran the insurance wrong then contacted me four months later to tell me I had a balance of $400 to pay now since insurance didn’t cover anything. Now my husband went in ordered frames and lenses. Two days after placing the order they call him and tell him he needs to pay an additional $200, on top of the $400 he has already paid, for special lenses in his plastic frames. My husband Dan and I both went and saw Dr Todd. The assistants who did the preliminary testing and information gathering were both professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Todd was very professional and explained everything to us including things to watch out for as we age and our vision changes. We will continue to see Dr Todd for our eye care needs.
