RecommendedI can’t say enough about Boise Auto Arena. The staff is amazing and so friendly. If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. The staff treats customers like family and continues to do so even after the vehicle leaves the lot. This is the place I will send all of my family and friends because you will be treated right.
Overpriced, rude salesmen, the lot looks like a mess very unprofessional!
I live in Eastern Oregon. This was the closest dealership that had what I wanted. The first one to call me was Matt. Matt was VERY helpful, respectful as well as patient. I had asked to put the car on racks so I could see underneath. They fixed what was up, he was patient for the ENTIRE 2 weeks we were working out the kinks. I recommend Boise auto arena to anyone. Thanks guys for all the work and communication.
These guys are wonderful plus Lucy (their dog) greeting me at the door Everytime I stopped in was great too. Very patient I came in several times over a week to drive the same car and they never once had an issue. Then when it came to buying the car was fantastic quick easy painless! Best experience to date for buying a car not at all pushy! Thank you guys!!
I bought my car from Boise Auto Arena almost 2 years ago. I love my car, it has been super reliable! But last night my alternator went out, leaving me stranded in Boise. I don't know anyone there and I was short on cash. I had no one to turn to, and no idea what I was going to do. So I called Matt.. He and his crew responded quickly, and replaced the battery and alternator at a very fair price. I definitely recommend bringing your business to Boise Auto Arena! Outstanding customer care. Went in to see about a vehicle. Didn’t even look at a single one, filled out an app and it felt to me, because I didn’t have a few grand cash in my hand I was thrown to the side to be forgotten. Was told that my application would be looked at and they would call me with some info and options... never heard a word. Very disappointing.
I contacted Matt in early December after my parents had a great experience buying their car through Boise Auto Arena. I live in Montana, so Matt and I talked on the phone about what I was looking for and he followed up every couple days with options at auctions, but none worked out. When I was in Boise for the holidays, I stopped in to check out the lot and still didn't find what I was looking for, so Matt took the time to find another dealership that had the car I wanted.
