I love this place, so much - the food, the ambiance, the different drinks that are unique and also really good. I realize it's very hard to be in the service industry, especially in an era of customer entitlement just getting worse and worse - believe me, I have worked on the service side of things, too. But I'm disappointed because I've had a series of incidents with the same barista, now, for the third time. The first two incidents, spread out WEEKS apart, I had very similar encounters. The barista got our coffees mixed up which wasn't the end of the world since I got a smaller coffee and my partner got the larger one I ordered, but the barista seemed a bit lost entering our order in. My coffee was pretty meh, but my parter liked hers. The atmosphere was nice, but the Christmas music blasting in October was pretty annoying. I wanted to love this coffee shop, but it ended up being one of my least favorite of the trip (with some very stiff competition)
says open everyday 7-7 went at 11am and it was closed with no note on the door. frustrating
