Did my first class at Boho Cycle this morning with Kris. WOW! What an amazing experience. I've done spin classes before and this was on another level. Great intensity, music, atmosphere, and did I mention the cold towel at the end of class? So refreshing and much needed because I was drenched. Can't wait to come back!
