This was my first class so I was nervous. But everyone was so helpful and nice. I loved it. I'm sore today but that's what I like!! I will definitely be back!!
First time and loved it. Great atmosphere! Cold lavender towel at the end was the truth!
Such a great workout and the instructors are so upbeat and motivating!
I participated in the Richmond Trifecta. Kris, (pardon for spelling) was amazing... 1st spin class ever. Did I mention I can't wait to do it again?!
