Does a great job. Great hair coloring.
SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING !!! She claimed to have 20 plus years of hair styling experience??? She ruined my hair !! Penny …left huge lines all over my head from her slopping bleach on and not folding the foils !! My hair was four different colors because she didn’t use the right volume of bleach !!! She was double booked ??? And I don’t know for what SHE IS CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO DOING HAIR !! Don’t waste your time or money !!!
My Girlfriend was so excited to get her hair done for her Birthday.She had waited for several months for this appointment, Penny ruined my girlfriends hair she has cried about it for days now . Do yourself a favor don’t let your wife or girlfriend go to her for anything. Horrible Experience!!!
