RecommendedI had a problem that wasn't solved quickly
Didn’t get a call when vehicle was ready. Didn’t have broken windshield when dropped off for oil change but did when picked it up.
I bought a car a month ago. The driver door panel at the corner wasn't locking in place. Sales person brought the car to service which I am finding out now that it wasn't put in the system for service by a different Ford dealership. Not to mention they didn't fix it right cause they used glue to fix it. The best part now is it's not covered with my bumper to bumper warranty and service department said I can't prove they did it so it's not their problem.
My salesperson Rocky was extremely helpful with my purchase. Not only was he knowledgeable about my new truck he also made himself very clear when I had questions. I would definitely have anyone see Rocky if they are looking for a new vehicle.
