First time I went for a warranty issue, Mike seemed to try harder to not take my take my car in and argue with me that the issue was not under warranty than trying to find a solution. After the parts arrived and I dropped it back off for the work to be done with another guy, Melvin, (after Mike learning it is covered under warranty), they kept my car over night without calling me with any updates and specifically asking if I was leaving it over night and me saying no..I need it back today. My salesman Gil was awesome.. I told him what I wanted and he delivered.. He’s checked in on me a few times since the sale . My next truck will definitely come from Bohn Ford.
