They are honest. We was told by a different dealership that we needed new brake pads. We saw that Don Bohn ford had a special. Today we brought our truck to get new brake pads and they informed us that our brake pads could last probably another 10,000 miles. They could have just changed them and been on to the next customer but they was honest with us. Because of that they have new customers in us. We will drive the 80 miles from our house to go to Don Bohn Ford for the great and Honest customer service they give!!!!
I want to acknowledge our service representative Terry who went above and beyond this last month that our car was at Bohn Ford for repair due to backordered parts or parts lost in transit. Mr. Terry went above and beyond to explain everything to us when we first brought our car in for service. He has the patience of a saint, especially with all the issues we ran into trying to get the parts for our repair and made sure he was there every step of the way during our repair process.
