My oil needed changed n I also had a recall notice. When I called for an appt I was told recall part wasn’t in so I waited to do oil change. Made my appt online. When I was being checked in I was told that the recall notice I received was not being fixed until my vehicle actually had that particular problem. I have no problem with that but I waited quite some time to get my oil changed for the recall part to come in.
