I drove from Baton Rouge to purchased a 2018 Explorer Sport. The front and back ford emblems had been removed by the previous owner. I was told the emblems would be replaced. Upon pick up of vehicle was told they were not in yet but would be mailed to me since I live in Baton Rouge. I received a defective front emblem. Heck no! You guys are a joke. I tried for 3 months to work a deal with you via email as my work keeps me very busy. No one from your dealership would help. I reached out to Toyota and within 4 hours had a deal. Drove over, signed paper and was out the door in 20 minutes. I work with 100's of people a day and you can be sure I'll share my story with every one I can. Bohn was terrible.

Just had tires replaced along with an alignment. Melvin (service adviser) was awesome to deal with. Pricing on the tires was competitive with local shops and work was performed as I waited.
Lance helped me here guy went beyond to make sure I got approved just a good group of people there at Bohn ford.
I took my Edge in for 40,000 mile service. Online appointment estimated the cost to be $157. When I arrived for the appt, Jackie explained the technician would inspect and change the oil, then give me an estimate. Turns out all I needed was the oil and it was $43! When is the last time that happened??! Very satisfied with Jackie and the whole department.
