I am high disappointed in the service that I received in regards to my 2016 Ford Escape. A visual inspection was offered to me when I brought my vehicle in for service on 09/21/2024. After the vehicle inspection, I received an estimate of around $3,000.00. Furthermore, I had to leave my car at the facility for a week and the issue has still not been resolved.
