Brought my Yukon in because it wouldn’t start. Left with a $2600 bill that didn’t even address the problems. Some items on that bill had actually been repaired 3 months prior so I know their quote was fluffed and untrue. Wouldn’t go back and this is also making me want to look at other makes aside from GMC for my next purchase.

RecommendedExcellent service! We bought our 2014 GMC Sierra from a different dealership in October. As soon as we drove it off the lot it started to give us trouble and they “fixed” it several times without actually fixing it. We brought it to Mr. Templet at Bohn Buick GMC and he was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and getting our truck fixed correctly and in a timely manner! We will be bringing our truck here from now on!
