My experience was GREAT! Sandy was my sales director & she was incredible. They were very helpful when it came down to the purchase & maintenance of the vehicle. They even sent someone out to my work to fix my windshield they promised me! They were always very efficient with the detailing of the vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership & it was a wonderful experience! Could not have asked for better service & friendlier people!

The service department is excellent and Terry Raftery is to be commended for his efficiency and softspokeness. I am moving to MI but I will miss having my car serviced here.
Since I have had my vehicle in 2011, I haven't had to deal with GMC at all. I received 2 letters this past week relative to possible issues that my 2012 GMC Terrain could be experiencing that GMC would cover if this was the issue so I made an appointment to get the vehicle looked at. 7am on a Saturday?
